Bus Station 04:01
Cos I was sitting in the bus station Sitting there with you And we watched the world As it went right through And we realised Realised the truth Like a grain in a field and a lace in a shoe And we thought we had a plan something to pursue But it turns out Plan was you Cos I was sitting in the bus station Sitting there with you And we watched the world As it went right through And we realised Realised the truth Like a grain in a field and a lace in a shoe And we thought we had a plan something to pursue But it turns out Plan was you Those blurred lines Through the glass Do they make you wonder Do they make you ask We were along for the ride In a tent on the side of the road where we'd lie with a sign asking a question Where do we go Like a puppy in a box with it's paws out the holes And you know it just wants to break down the walls And come along For the ride Cos I was sitting in the bus station Sitting there with you And we watched the world As it went right through And we realised Realised the truth Like a grain in a field and a lace in a shoe And we thought we had a plan something to pursue But it turns out Plan was you

All We Have 04:31
Sliding up and down the hallway Brother in a packing box Not knowing what those voices were saying Five years old Not knowing a lot Standing by the sliding door Wide enough for me to see I really wish I knew more Or what could have been All we have Is our own All we have Is our own All the faces all the places All the things we couldn't know and never knew Knives in backs Midnight attacks All the things my brother and I slept through All we have Is our own All we have Is our own All the names Who's to blame Me and my brother still playing kids games Blink and you'll miss it Just roll with it Years been and gone And I'm still missing you All we have Is our own All we have Is our own Sliding up and down the hallway Brother in a packing box Not knowing what those voices were saying Five years old Not knowing a lot Standing by the sliding door Wide enough for me to see I really wish I knew more Or what could have been All we have Is our own All we have Is our own

Grab my hand lets go I promise I won't step on your toes We won't go too fast Thirty three we'll make it last My hand on your hip Staring at the smile on you're lips Round and round for hours As we sing the tune Little brown record player A little bit of you for me to groove Little brown record player Strap on your dancing shoes Strap on your dancing Grab my hand lets go I promise I won't step on your toes We won't go too fast Thirty three we'll make it last Swaying east to west Let us never rest Round and round for hours As we sing the tune Round and round for hours As we sing the tune Little brown record player A little bit of you for me to groove Little brown record player Strap on your dancing shoes Strap on your dancing

Cold Fire 05:14
I hear the train a coming But it ain't stopping here Like Cold Fire Burnin on my skin Gov Bakes it up Sugar coats it thin Chocolate or vanilla Is all it's ever been Our wealth for toil I can't really see More people treading water Just so they can breath More people treading water Just so they can breath We thing the World ain't watching well there's no cover here We'll just paint right over the last sixty thousand years Patrol the streets with vanilla vision goggles Takin it back two too many centuries Of heart ache taken fake from the past we all swallow up and try to shake You know man this ain't living To forget ain't on my mind Take it back white or black quick attack Because man this ain't no justice system Locked up shackled down taken round for a bout Because man we gotta shut this down now Twice as long here's my song sing along Because there's a king but he ain't no kong Bad people aren't born Yeh the gov just yawns until the suits find what suits them best We think the world ain't watching Well there's no cover here We'll just paint right over the last sixty thousand Just paint right over Paint right over Paint right over Just paint right over Paint right over Paint right over We think the world ain't watching Well there's no cover here We'll just paint right over the las sixty thousand years This cold fire is burnin on my skin.

And I I was standing there Watching her scream at the sky A I I will never know why But my brother Brother It's time to go And I I was standing there Face to face away from him And I I will never see through your eyes But tomorrow Tomorrow I'll take the road My brother the cards are dealt The candle and fire ended in melt The old stories of when we were young I'm gonna leave now let them be sung It wasn't my choice where the dice fell But my time has come can you tell But my brother Brother It's time to go ~ Guitar Solo ~ Arms around me as I brush my teeth One slice of bread to the bus I'll wait My guitar my sword my pride my sheath Pack my gear ready for freight Around in circles my mind in freeze I guess my feet will take whats above my knees I guess my feet will take whats above my knees I guess my feet will take whats above my knees The armours off the shields are down I'll write my own song wear my own crown I guess you guys will see me around I guess you guys will see me around Fin.

about

This is my first album featuring songs about my own experiences and views on the world as I see it today. The album's stories have themes of family, culture, love, adventure, beliefs and morals. Each song is musically contrasting to deliver the message as true as possible. Everything on the album was written and played by myself apart from the piano featured on two of the tracks performed by my talented friend Tom Galindo. All the songs are recorded live in a single take in a single room played by a single Trav.
Enjoy.
